4 September 2024 – More Help Needed
A positive contribution from the first group of helpful members plus a long day has delivered good results:
- The toilet is in, with the water supply still to be done but it can now be used as long as the cistern is filled from the container
- New water tank is in and has already taken its first filling from the roof this afternoon. It still needs pipework to the internal header tank and 12v pump fitted
- Header tank platform installed
- New hut roof cleaned and prepared for a coat of paint which, weather permitting, should take place on Thursday 5 September.
- New entrance steps to toilet hut.
